What we cannot
An order, a payment, a parcel, a return or a refund all belong with the checkout that took the money rather than with us. BuyGoods runs that side and the reference they will ask for is the order number on your confirmation. Each step is written out on the official information page.
We also cannot give medical advice of any kind, including whether this or any other supplement is right for you. Put that to a doctor or pharmacist with your medical history in front of them.
How long a reply takes
One person reads this inbox, so a reply normally takes one to two business days and sometimes longer over a weekend. If your message is about an order already placed, writing here first only adds delay — go straight to the checkout support address on your confirmation, because they hold the record and we do not.
Reporting a reaction
If the product has caused you a reaction, tell the merchant and, much more importantly, tell a clinician. We are an information site with no route to record or escalate an adverse event, so sending it here instead of to somebody who can act on it helps nobody.
